Welcome to The G Program
Many character-building programs in the past have struggled to make values stick—lessons often go in one ear and out the other. By the time students reach middle school, they may ignore or even mock those teachings. What makes The G Program different is its ability to engage kids of all ages in a way that resonates. Through social media, entertainment, and interactive games, it doesn’t just teach values—it makes them exciting, relatable, and worth living.
Professional Good Doers, Inc. is a 501C-3 organization focused on youth and community development through supporting character education through The G Program. By raising funds for content development, community events, and rewards, PGD is helping the next generation strive to do good on a professional level.

Our Organization
Our story
The G Program has been years in the making. K.M. Dean is the creator of this unique approach to building character by "selling the value of Good Values" to children and adults through a short easy to read booklet, entertainment such as video skits for social media, catchy songs, and fun games played on screens and together with family and friends at events. Character Building Tools
It is a challenge to teach character to the youth of today. They are so engrossed in social media and the pop culture it is generating. This attachment is happening at a younger age. The behavior that is modeled on these platforms is too often inappropriate, undignified, cruel, and heartless. In addition, there are no good role models from their political leaders, media anchors, and average adults in their community. To overcome this challenge, The G Program uses AI video generation, gaming, catchy tunes, strong coaching, online and an in-person club. This has been years in the making and is now finally ready to roll out. Click the button to learn more about each character-building tool we use.
